We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable and it had a pleasant scent. The hotel facilities were great, and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. They provided us with useful information about local prices, recommended restaurants, and shopping malls. The location was convenient, being close to main roads and services. The breakfast at the hotel was varied and delicious. we had a wonderful experience here.
Could not be improved in any way.

The hotel is located in a residential area, away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Amman. the surroundings are peaceful and leafy, perfect for a quiet stay. the rooms are clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and crisp white sheets. the bathrooms are well-maintained, with fantastic showers and plenty of hot water. the staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout the stay. the breakfast buffet offers a variety of options and is satisfying.
The hotel is situated in an inconvenient area, making it difficult to walk into downtown Amman.

Spent Christmas here and had a great time. the staff was very attentive and made us feel welcome. the hotel was located close to all the major attractions and shopping areas - perfect for exploring the city. the breakfast was delicious with lots of options to choose from. the rooms were clean and spacious, and the bed was very comfortable.
the pool was closed for maintenance and the spa was fully booked.

Limited selection of utensils in the kitchen. Showerhead was leaky and didn't provide enough pressure.
